Deer Bug Master is an ancient top being of the Purple Moon Holy Land Universe and a solitary adventurer in Universe Ocean. His supreme true treasure armor raises his combat power to the sixth tier, but he enters the Boat of Mausoleum inheritance despite the safety of holy-land life and dies while competing with Luo Feng to become Duan Dong River's successor.

Biography

Bargaining at the Boat of Mausoleum

Deer Bug Master encounters Luo Feng while the Boat of Mausoleum is emerging in Flame Ice Region. Knowing that his strength and superior information will make him the other factions' first target, he offers detailed knowledge in exchange for Luo Feng temporarily following his commands. Their agreement lasts only until the treasure contest begins, and the prediction proves correct when the assembled Universe Masters coordinate attacks to slow him at the entrance. Choosing the inheritance trial

Inside the boat, Deer Bug Master follows the newly revealed Duan Dong River inheritance rather than retreating to his holy land's guaranteed security. He explains that danger and exploration are his passion and that dying for a transcendent opportunity would be worthwhile. His will opens the trial's door almost alongside Luo Feng's, allowing him to survive the early eliminations and advance as a serious candidate. (Chapters 1217–1220)

Competing for Duan Dong River

During the Rhinoceros Emperor Game and subsequent tests, Deer Bug Master becomes increasingly frustrated that Duan Dong River appears to favor Luo Feng. He nevertheless advances into the technique-creation stage, drawing on vast experience to create perfect Universe Master techniques. The final requirement exceeds that foundation: he cannot produce the demanded Universe Supreme Master-level technique before Luo Feng completes a qualifying creation. (Chapters 1221–1241)

Annihilation after Luo Feng's victory

Once Luo Feng is recognized as the heir, the inheritance system eliminates the remaining candidates to preserve its secrets. Deer Bug Master's soul is annihilated inside the Boat of Mausoleum, and all of his divided bodies perish simultaneously, preventing resurrection through a surviving body. His acceptance of an honorable death is fulfilled, but Purple Moon Holy Land loses one of its oldest and best-equipped Universe Masters. (Chapter 1242)

Appearance and personality

The corpus does not establish a stable description of Deer Bug Master's ordinary body. When he activates his supreme armor, it forms a colossal and frightening beast whose relatively normal head resembles a deer; that combat form is called Deer Bug. He is exuberant about rare dangers, prefers traveling alone, bargains pragmatically, and accepts death as a fair price for a worthy inheritance. (Chapters 1214–1218)

Deer Bug Master is classified as a sixth-tier Universe Master because Deer Bug Godly Armor, a supreme true treasure, greatly strengthens his defense and combat output. In its transformed state he can break coordinated attacks with powerful roars. The armor does not provide the decisive killing restraint of a supreme offensive treasure, which is why several lower-tier opponents can still obstruct him together. (Chapters 1214–1217)

His long existence gives him formidable willpower and technique knowledge. He can readily create perfect Universe Master techniques during the inheritance, but reaches his limit when required to create at Universe Supreme Master level.
