Biography

Rivalry at the Elite Training Camp

After his friend William loses a five-billion wager to the new arrival, Candace challenges Luo Feng despite already having three years at the camp and a rank of forty-two. Shi Jiang condemns the mismatch and offers to fight in Luo Feng's place, but the ten-billion staked match proceeds. Candace loses when their virtual battle ends, and his anxiety and dissatisfaction deepen as Luo Feng's rank and standing rise. Later, Venina plans to credit Candace's Paulinus family for discovering the Misty Island treasures. (Chapters 119, 121, 123–138, and 151)
