Sharian Sakaku

Biography

Corpse Collector campaigns and capture

Sharian leads Sakaku-linked Corpse Collector attacks against the Hearthwood, using force zeal and disciplined swordsmanship to make a small hostile faction disproportionately dangerous. Capture does not end the conflict: she escapes or returns to enemy activity before being taken a second time. Under interrogation in Chapter 109, she reveals Timothy Bennett's planned arrival and assault on Queenshold, giving the Hearthwood time to prepare for a larger war. Later appearances show her as a thoroughly defeated captive and coerced household subordinate rather than an independent faction leader; she remains alive through her latest documented scenes. (Chapters 74–109, 234–289, 308–378)

Appearance and personality

Sharian is an elven warrior associated with Sakaku dress and a katana. She is proud, aggressive, and initially certain that rank and force can break the young Hearthwood. Repeated defeat turns that confidence into resentment and then submission under captivity. The later sexualized humiliation imposed on her should not be confused with evidence of freely chosen political loyalty; her practical status remains that of a conquered former enemy. (Chapters 74–109, 243–280)

Abilities and cultivation

Sharian uses force-aspect zeal and a katana in close combat. She can amplify cutting and impact attacks, direct raiders, and threaten low-realm defenders. The corpus does not establish a later exact cultivation level, aura, concept, or Demigod path. Both captures demonstrate her limits against Hearthwood's combined defenses, higher-realm fighters, restraints, and intelligence network. (Chapters 74–109, 234–289)

Relationships

  • Theodore Waltz: Theo is Sharian's principal enemy and eventual captor. Information extracted from her helps him prepare for Tim's attack. (Chapters 74–109, 234–280)
  • Nela Songstone: Nela takes an active role in supervising and humiliating Sharian after her defeat. (Chapters 278–280)
  • Timothy Bennett: Sharian's forces operate within the wider campaign Tim is preparing; her interrogation exposes the timing and target of that plan. (Chapters 104–109)

Items

  • Katana: Sharian fights with a curved sword suited to her force cultivation. Its name, maker, and later custody are not established, so it is not documented as a current possession after capture. (Chapters 74–109)
