Shin Sung-chan is a popular idol who films a school mystery program with Sesha's public identity, Cha So-yeong. His ordinary celebrity crush places him inside a supernatural misunderstanding when figures from Sesha's hidden family appear during the shoot.

A staged mystery becomes real

Sung-chan joins Cha So-yeong for a reality segment built around exploring their school at night, hoping both to entertain fans and find a chance to approach her. His rehearsed courage is tested when piano music, moving silhouettes, and strange visitors turn the program's artificial mystery into apparent danger. Although frightened and confused, he decides that the “ghosts” may harm So-yeong and steps forward to save her. The figures are actually members of her otherworldly family, leaving Sung-chan alive but completely outside the truth behind the scene. (Chapters 827–832)
