Paneth succeeds Ione as an Elohim leader, combining inherited divine blood with battlefield experience gained alongside Dis Pluto.

Biography

A new clan head seeks divinity through war

After Ione's death, Paneth inherits leadership of the Families of Life and Birth and promises the elders that she will return as a god. She captures the traitor Aether and brings him to Tartarus under the Golden Headband, then joins Dis Pluto while Yeon-woo is absent. Repeated expeditions against Titans, fortresses, and monster cores make her party central to the defense of Hades's territory, giving Paneth the reputation needed to present herself as the Elohim's divine future. Olympus support cannot secure her assassination

Paneth later approaches Yeon-woo under Poseidon's gaze and accepts a sudden assassination quest. Her party has passed the Ten Gates and she carries the reputation of killing a god, although Yeon-woo suspects outside divine support contributed to that achievement. The planned advantage collapses against his group: Kahn returns Paneth alive but with her limbs removed and body badly burned and frozen, ending her command and exposing the limits of status built on hidden celestial backing. Appearance and personality

Paneth is a short-haired woman whose damaged condition after the Titan campaigns does not diminish the haughty bearing associated with Elohim. After defeat, burns, frostbite, and amputations make her almost unrecognizable until Lam identifies her aura. (Chapters 354, 379)

She is proud, ambitious, and economical in speech, introducing herself by name as though reputation should be sufficient. Paneth works hard to meet her elders' expectations and fights effectively, but she also enslaves Aether and conceals the divine support behind her confidence. (Chapters 301–305, 354, 368–372)

Abilities and powers

Divine blood and high-ranker combat

Paneth possesses strong Protogenoi blood, survives the Ten Gates, and leads expeditions against divine enemies. Her party uses shields in a phalanx, while Paneth is credited with killing the god Megaera. The chapters deliberately question whether that feat was hers alone; Poseidon's attention and possible gifts mean the exact mechanic cannot be separated from external backing. (Chapters 301, 354, 368–372)

Command and its limits

Paneth coordinates an elite Elohim party and turns Aether into a controlled asset through the Golden Headband. Her command thrives within Dis Pluto's wider war, but the assassination attempt places her against opponents able to isolate and overwhelm her. Her latest state is incapacitated captivity, with no evidence that divine blood restores the lost limbs or her former authority. (Chapters 354, 368–381)
