Swiper

Swiper is a two-meter-tall Boarkin who begins as a bully and aspiring Shelter ruler in the Deadlands. He later becomes William's ally and leads his tribe into the final struggle.

Biography

A bully becomes a coalition leader

Swiper first confronts Raizel with the confidence of someone backed by Morax and willing to intimidate weaker Shelter residents. His fortunes change as those larger powers fail, and he eventually fights beside Psoglav during the Southern war and joins William's broader coalition. When William jokes “Swiper, no swiping,” the old hostility has softened into familiarity. Swiper then dances at the allied campfire despite anxiety and, before battle, raises Eldon's hammer-bearing arm while declaring that their people will not lose. Appearance and personality

Swiper is a two-meter Boarkin resembling Zhu. He is initially domineering, later anxious but spirited, and capable of rallying his tribe. (Chapters 794, 1435–1462)
