Biography

Exile, wandering, and command

Morgan appears in the Ainsworth family circle before the political consequences of his life are explained. King Noah exiles him, creating a grievance James carries against the crown. Despite that separation, Arwen later trusts Morgan to carry the infant William to safety because he is Maxwell's twin. Morgan spends years wandering the Central Continent before assuming responsibility for the Floor of Asgard when James is absent. By the time William returns there, Morgan commands the Red Plague, meets his nephew at Asgard's gates, and helps oversee the migration of Lont's people into refuge. (Chapters 7, 188, 310, 438, 684, 708, 1107, and 1232)

Appearance and personality

The brief gives no detailed appearance. Morgan is calm under pressure, independent enough to spend years wandering, and dependable when entrusted with family and territorial command. (Chapters 7, 684, and 708)
