Avion Bon is Sergeant Longblade's leading Combat Mech pilot, renowned as one of the best in the world. A disputed virtual loss initially makes him resent Logan's faction, but field service alongside Fex changes that rivalry into professional respect and leads Avion to approve the transfer of his former Mech. Biography

Virtual defeat and challenged pride

Avion is introduced as the crowd favourite in a virtual Mech match and overwhelms his opening opponent through experience. When unusual performance makes him believe Logan manipulated the simulation, he demands a rematch in real machines. The accusation reflects a life devoted to piloting and his inability to reconcile the result with his trained timing, not proof that Logan cheated Avion's own controls. (Chapters 1147–1154)

Holding the Demi-god beast

Avion then leads a Combat Mech squad tasked with containing a Demi-god-tier beast until stronger forces arrive. He keeps a top-line machine fighting at full pace without being struck, wounds the beast, notices its later change in fighting style, and supports the safe-house defence. His objective is delay and protection rather than claiming that a Mech squad can reliably kill the beast alone. (Chapters 1160–1176)

The operation gives Avion a more grounded view of Fex's capability. He agrees that Fex should receive Avion's former Mech, sees the Cursed group off personally, and concedes that a rematch might now be uncertain. The machine later aids Fex in battle, while Avion remains with Earthborn command. He is alive in his final scene, but no later service record is supplied. (Chapters 1179–1240)

Appearance and personality

Avion is an adult male soldier; the corpus provides little stable physical detail outside his uniformed role. He is proud, disciplined, and emotionally invested in Mech piloting.
