Sun Liancheng

Sun Liancheng is the Sun clan elder whose practical support helps Sun Qi resume cultivation after a long Golden Core stagnation. (Chapters 706–708)

Biography

Chapter 706

As the newly appointed Tianling City Lord, Sun Liancheng gives his nephew Sun Qi a scarce Floral Invitation despite expecting little from the visit. When Sun Qi returns having broken through, Liancheng celebrates the recovery of the clan prodigy and discusses the severe backlash attached to reversing heaven and earth's principles. Sun Qi later reports progress on the Reverse Evolution record to him. Much later, Liancheng warns Tianling's defenders in time for them to turn an enemy incursion into a devastating trap, though he shares credit diplomatically with the current city lord. Appearance and personality

The corpus does not provide a fixed face, physique, or costume. Sun Liancheng initially speaks in a detached manner, but his excitement at Sun Qi's breakthrough reveals deep clan investment beneath the reserve. His later response to praise is cautious and diplomatic, crediting the city lord's decisiveness rather than claiming the victory alone. (Chapters 706–707, 1293)

Abilities and cultivation

Sun Liancheng is explicitly a Dao Integration cultivator responsible for guarding Tianling Prefecture. No named personal combat art or complete progression is shown. His supported strengths in this arc are regional authority, knowledge of heaven-defying cultivation's backlash, and enough strategic awareness to provide a useful warning before an attack. Relationships

Sun Qi is his nephew and the clan prodigy whose recovery he facilitates and monitors. Song Mansheng is the later Tianling City Lord who acts on Liancheng's warning. The article does not merge Sun Liancheng with Sun Luyuan, a different Sun family patriarch in a later plot. (Chapters 706–708, 1293)
