Zelliel is a renowned physician once hailed as the Hand of Miracles, an underworld practitioner of unorthodox medicine, and the biological father of Karina Maeril. His attempt to prolong Queen Julia Barielle's life binds him to Vanitas Astrea's experimental suppressant and to a cult that once financed his ascent. Zelliel is initially known through a divided reputation.
