Tracy

Biography

Encounters Across Both Eras

Tracy commands the Black Death as Vice Admiral Ailment and participates in piracy, plunder, slave trafficking, and the Demoness Sect's wider operations. She abducts Helene and keeps her in a coercive relationship; Helene's eventual escape leaves Tracy determined to recover her, while Tracy's mother Katarina uses the situation to pressure her toward advancement. (Chapters 570, 579, 589, 717)

Klein Moretti, disguised as Helene, infiltrates Tracy's ship and badly injures her. When Gehrman Sparrow later captures her, Tracy recounts how her father became a woman when she was eight, how she found a place at sea after running away, and how her own potion later transformed her. She acknowledges trying to win sympathy and admits guilt toward Helene without pretending to regret everything she did. (Chapters 581, 589, 787, 1108)

Tracy accepts that Klein may kill her and asks about Helene before the expected end. Instead, Klein uses her blood to locate Katarina and spares her; Tracy immediately attempts to escape and warn her mother. Her latest direct state is therefore alive, still tied to the Demoness Sect and the consequences of her violent life. (Chapter 1108)

Appearance and personality

Tracy is a strikingly beautiful woman with blue eyes and the cultivated allure characteristic of a Demoness. She is proud, possessive, ruthless in piracy, and experienced in the slave trade, yet her confrontation with death exposes flashes of honesty and guilt. Her feelings for Helene mix attachment with control and abuse, and her family history leaves her resentful of the Demoness Sect's manipulation of bodies and identities even as she continues serving it. [Chapter 579] [Chapter 589] [Chapter 1108]

Pathways and abilities

Tracy is a Sequence 5 Demoness of Affliction. Her observed powers include spreading illness and weakness, manipulating black flames and frost, using nearly invisible spider silk, and applying curses and seductive influence. These abilities make close pursuit and shipboard combat especially dangerous, but they do not bridge the gap to demigod opponents, a limitation Tracy herself understands. [Chapter 581] [Chapter 589] [Chapter 1108]

Relationships

Helene is Tracy's captive and object of obsession; Tracy's later guilt does not erase the coercion and fear she inflicted. Katarina is her mother, superior, and manipulator, deliberately allowing Helene's escape to pressure Tracy's growth. Klein becomes both her attacker and captor, ultimately sparing her only because she can lead him toward Katarina. [Chapter 579] [Chapter 589] [Chapter 1108]

Items

The Black Death is Tracy's flagship and the base of her pirate command. She also uses ordinary pirate weapons and the material resources of her crew, but no named personal mystical item is firmly established in her direct possession. [Chapter 570] [Chapter 581]
