Biography
Life in Klein's Era
Ralph was a mixed-heritage illegitimate child who made his fortune first as a pirate and then as a merchant trading with officials and the underworld. He secretly supported the Rorsted Resistance and worshiped Sea God Kalvetua. After Klein inherited the Sea God identity, Ralph received a revelation directing him to help discriminated native and mixed-blood children, so he committed substantial wealth and solicited donations for a charitable foundation (Chapters 552–560)
Ralph also served the reborn Sea God's network by gathering information and trying to recruit Gehrman Sparrow, unaware that the adventurer was the deity answering his prayers. Years later, Alger found that Ralph had used the donations to establish schools providing education, meals, and lodging. Ralph's work turned his fervent faith and pirate wealth into lasting aid for children whose harsh upbringing resembled his own (Chapters 603–1208)
Appearance and personality
Ralph is a refined-looking middle-aged man who wears a formal suit, bow tie, and glasses. His ancestry combines Loen, Feysac, and Rorsted blood. He is shrewd, well connected, and capable of scheming for donations, but also genuinely devout and committed to improving children's lives.
