Biography

Cordu, Trier, and the Approaching Apocalypse

Pedro captained the steamship carrying Lumian’s party from Port Santa. When human-refinement remains and Father Montserrat’s corruption endangered the voyage, Pedro listened to Lugano’s report, recognized Louis Berry’s reputation, sent the required telegrams, and gathered suspected Beyonders for inspection. He followed the stronger adventurer’s directions without abandoning responsibility for passengers or the ship, then coordinated with the Church of Earth Mother after Montserrat was killed (Chapters 2036–2045)

At Port Colla, Pedro hired Lumian to investigate Flores after two earlier adventurers disappeared and his daughter Salah fell under a love incantation. Lumian and Franca exposed the danger, freed Salah, and eliminated the threat; Pedro paid the agreed reward and accepted the Church’s protective advice for her. He remained alive, grateful, and newly aware that his family had been targeted by a high-ranking Demon (Chapters 2047–2052)

Appearance and personality

Pedro is an experienced captain with a handsome brown beard. He is skeptical enough to test an alarming story, quick to recognize when danger exceeds his expertise, and willing to cooperate without posturing. Concern for Salah makes him persistent, but he still uses investigators and Church support rather than attempting a reckless rescue himself.

Pathways and abilities

Pedro is an ordinary human with no confirmed potion, Sequence, or supernatural ability. His relevant skills are seamanship, command, passenger security, emergency communication, and judging when to defer to Beyonders. Lumian’s waves and the Pride Armor’s reactions are not Pedro’s powers.
