Mahmosi was a descendant of the Southern Continent's pharaohs, a leading Highland rebel, an important Rose School of Thought member, and a student of Abomination Suah. When Loen forces used Tutanssess II's mummy as bait, Mahmosi joined the attempt to recover the desecrated royal remains despite the expected demigod ambush (Chapters 877–880)

During the harbor battle, Mahmosi located the military demigod, removed the patterned nails sealing his mouth, distorted a steam chariot into a goat, and used possession, reflective movement, and a sacrificial doll to resist execution.
