Lez

Lez is a humble-looking middle-aged exile in Morora whose notoriety comes from preparing human flesh at the Carnivore bar. (Chapters 2224 and 2226–2229)

Biography

Cordu, Trier, and the Approaching Apocalypse

Lez entered Morora with other condemned criminals and settled into work as the Carnivore's human-meat chef. After Lumian Lee displaced the bar's former owner, Lez accepted Lumian's authority, repaired the premises, prepared meals, and followed operational instructions without demanding explanations. (Chapters 2224–2237)

Lez continued serving as the bar's cook while Lumian used the Carnivore as a base. Despite knowing Julie's lethal habits, he apparently accepted her seduction and was found dead in her bed; after the Morora enforcers intervened, his corpse vanished along with Julie's collection, leaving the disposition of his remains unresolved. (Chapters 2241–2257 and 2274)

Appearance and personality

Lez is a middle-aged man with an outwardly humble appearance that contrasts with his appetite for human flesh. He is practical, compliant, and restrained around stronger exiles, readily returning to kitchen and repair work under a new owner. (Chapters 2224–2237)

Pathways and abilities

No Beyonder pathway or supernatural ability is established for Lez. His demonstrated expertise is culinary and practical—cooking, maintaining the bar, and adapting to Morora's brutal customs—rather than mystical combat. (Chapters 2226–2241)

Relationships

Lumian Lee became Lez's employer after taking control of the Carnivore, and Julie worked in the same bar. Lez obeyed Lumian's requests and shared the premises with Julie until the deaths and disappearances surrounding the bar. (Chapters 2229–2237 and 2255–2274)

Items

Lez used ordinary kitchen and repair tools, including a hammer, but possessed no individually named mystical item in the supplied corpus. (Chapters 2230–2237)
