Haggis served General Maysanchez in West Balam and acted as Dwayne Dantès's contact for a major firearms purchase. He introduced Dantès at the general's residence, carried the mixed cash-and-gold down payment, and arranged for the Church of Knowledge demigod Lucca to evaluate the mysterious arms dealer before the transaction proceeded (Chapters 952–957)
Haggis then accompanied Dantès through the handover and reunited warmly with his friend Alfred Hall at an East Balam munitions warehouse.
