Life in Klein's Era

Amyrius Rieveldt needed to leave Oravi secretly and hired a stand-in through Bilt Brando. When he discovered the replacement was Gehrman Sparrow rather than an ordinary lookalike, he chose a binding contract instead of canceling the operation, supplied a Ninth Law charm, and imposed limits protecting his office and mistress. His absence coincided with the exposure of his brother Aston's political scheme and Cynthia's corruption by the Mother Tree of Desire. Returning, Amyrius listened to Klein's account, judged his decisions sound, and contained his grief beneath military discipline (Chapters 621–633)

Amyrius was later transferred back to Backlund and given responsibility in the Ministry of Defense. He maintained his military and political position, socialized with senior officers and officials, and remained alive at his latest appearance (Chapters 709, 996–998)

Appearance and personality

Amyrius is a middle-aged man with black hair, blue eyes, a strict old-fashioned demeanor, and an ordinary rather than heavily muscular build. His voluminous hair and drooping mouth help distinguish him. He is stern, conservative, controlling, and reluctant to take unnecessary risks, but he can pardon a first mistake and evaluate a subordinate's choices without allowing rage to replace judgment (Chapters 621–633)

Pathways and abilities

Amyrius is a demigod of the Arbiter pathway; the supplied chapters establish his demigod status and law-based powers but do not directly state his exact Sequence name. He can write contracts that fuse with rules, impose behavioral restrictions, suppress desire, and exert overwhelming authoritative pressure.
