Biography

Recognizing Zhang Xuan before the city does

Reports about Zhang Xuan's beasts, pills, and strength convince him that the newcomer should be treated as an honored guest rather than coerced. He kneels with his household, offers help, and later receives a jade token sent in thanks; the alliance prevents Sun Qiang's suspicion from turning into an unnecessary attack on the manor.
