Mu Kai

The founder's preserved guardianship

Mu Kai's will appears with the other former principals during Zhang Xuan's inauguration and cautions him to use his brief audience carefully. Zhang later finds a puppet made in Mu Kai's image and seeks the founder's tombstone for the Lightning Resonance Stone needed to activate the Mausoleum Tablet. Once awakened, Mu Kai's soul fragment thanks Zhang for containing the abyssal killing intent, which preserves generations of defensive work. (Chapters 899, 909, 943–945)
