Mo Tianxue
Mo Tianxue is the emperor of Tianwu Kingdom and the father of Mo Yu. He first takes interest in Zhang Xuan after hearing that an unknown physician has solved nineteen problems on the Physician Guild's Wall of Dilemma. (Chapters 333–355)
Biography
Protecting Tianwu Kingdom
Mo Tianxue seeks Zhang Xuan's medical help because the poisoned guardian beast and the power of the Lin Clan threaten the kingdom's stability. Political caution makes him suppress suspicions he cannot safely act upon, but he supports Zhang Xuan once the physician's ability becomes clear. When Xuanyuan forces descend, Mo refuses to abandon his capital: he gives Mo Yu the means to escape and declares that his fate is bound to Tianwu Kingdom. The crisis is resolved by Zhang Xuan's allies, leaving Mo alive to continue ruling and later welcome the young master teacher. (Chapters 333–385 and 405–446)
Appearance and personality
He is a middle-aged sovereign accustomed to receiving covert reports through the Shadow Squad. Mo is politically wary but not cowardly; when strategy fails against overwhelming force, he places his daughter's survival and the kingdom's continuity above his own life. (Chapters 333, 373, and 405–407)
Abilities and cultivation
Mo possesses dense Zhizun realm cultivation and commands Tianwu Kingdom's palace, guards, and intelligence network. Royal authority does not give him mastery of the guardian formation or enough strength to oppose Xuanyuan's advanced experts directly. (Chapters 333, 348, 373–376, and 405)
