Biography

Guarding the Chamber of Earth Flame record

He helps oversee Zhang Xuan's challenge and is furious when the Passageway of Records collapses. Ordered to bring technical manuals and keep the suspect present, Luo Yan attempts to restrain Zhang Xuan until a senior disperses the attack, after which the replacement forging test proves the newcomer's ability.
