Goldenleaf King
Goldenleaf King is a combative Saint 4-dan Otherworldly Demon King whose feared identity is first borrowed by Zhang Xuan during the rescue of captured master teachers. The real king's arrival creates two outwardly identical claimants inside the enemy base. (Chapters 948–954)
Biography
The king and his impersonator
Goldenleaf is known for attacking over minor disagreements, allowing Zhang Xuan to imitate him through arrogance and unusually pure Zhenqi of Slaughter. When the real king appears with Greenleaf King, both expose the disguise by challenging the claimant's cultivation knowledge and authority. Zhang Xuan turns the confusion back on them: he uses voice and appearance manipulation to make the real Goldenleaf strike Greenleaf, then brings puppets and a formation into the fight. Captured with his peer, Goldenleaf consumes a concealed poison pill and dies rather than submit to interrogation. (Chapters 948–961 and 986–991)
Appearance and personality
His exact features matter less than his identity's reputation: he carries concentrated killing intent, an arrogant bearing, and a reputation for vicious impulsiveness. Those traits make Zhang Xuan's exaggerated impersonation believable. (Chapters 948–954)
Abilities and cultivation
Goldenleaf is a Saint 4-dan King with pure Zhenqi of Slaughter and force that frightens experienced 6-star master teachers. He is comparable to Greenleaf King, but coordinated deception, formations, and Saint puppets overcome both. (Chapters 952–961)
