Empyrean Kong
Empyrean Kong is an early translated title used for the historical figure otherwise called Kong shi, founder of the Master Teacher Pavilion. (Chapters 283, 343, 423, 437, 661; 2,228)
Biography
The legendary name of Kong shi
Lower-realm accounts describe Empyrean Kong as the greatest master teacher, record that he once suffered Innate Fetal Poison, and assume he died or vanished after a ten-thousand-year life. Later events establish that Kong shi ascended and remains alive in the Firmament; the title therefore does not identify a separate character. (Chapters 283, 343, 423, 437, 661; 2,228)
Appearance and personality
The legends emphasize benevolence, teaching authority, and endurance. They also show the limits of historical knowledge below the Firmament. (Chapters 283, 343, 423, 437, 661; 2,228)
Abilities and cultivation
As Kong shi, he possesses the World Teacher's cultivation and Heavens' Order. Early references provide reputation rather than a complete ability record, which belongs to the main Kong shi article. (Chapters 283, 343, 423, 437, 661; 2,228)
Relationships
Every reference points back to Kong shi's legacy among master teachers. Zhang Xuan studies those accounts long before meeting the living World Teacher. (Chapters 283, 343, 423, 437, 661; 2,228)
