Chu Yin

Chu Yin is Starchaser Palace master Du Qingyuan's direct disciple and an aide to First Elder Zhao Yue. (Chapters 2,046–2,056)

Biography

Holding the palace during crisis

Chu tries to imitate her absent teacher's voice while the palace faces pressure over its altar, but admits that she cannot reproduce Du Qingyuan's aura and bearing. She helps Zhao Yue stall outsiders while Du seeks divine intervention, then witnesses Fu Chenzi's apparent rescue turn into conflict over the altar. The attacks by both the Hall of Gods and Ethereal Hall leave Chu a survivor and witness rather than the architect of either faction's plan. (Chapters 2,046–2,056)

Appearance and personality

Chu is a veiled young woman, anxious about an imperfect disguise but loyal to her palace and quick to defend an apparent savior. (Chapters 2,046–2,049)

Abilities and cultivation

She can imitate Du Qingyuan's voice and release sharp sword qi, but cannot counterfeit her teacher's full aura or disposition. (Chapters 2,046–2,047)
