Zarren Harrow

Zarren Harrow is an Anatomy Senior Director and powerful Specialist who combines corporate authority with a metal-based combat ability. Biography

Anatomy executive under scrutiny

Zarren enters the city gathering as a Peak level-four Extractor and one of Anatomy's senior leaders. When an inspection threatens the company during restructuring, he calmly requests postponement and cites decentralized documents, moving Specters, confusion, and safety. The explanation sounds polished but does not withstand scrutiny, and listeners recognize it as an attempt to delay outside examination. His action shows the pressure shared with Mundus: preserve Anatomy's autonomy and secrets through corporate procedure before escalating to violence. (Chapters 212–214)

Fighting for Anatomy's survival

When Anatomy is attacked, Zarren fights alongside Mundus rather than abandon the company. He uses a puppet-mediated metal ability to build sheets, a hardened ball, and a golem around himself, continuing against a stronger but injured gunman and later charging Aria. His determination preserves Mundus's position temporarily, yet the wider confrontation ends with Zarren and Mundus restrained in white flames after Simon's arrival. The corpus later remembers Zarren among the dead but does not narrate a subsequent execution or final battle, so only his death by Chapter 956 is certain. (Chapters 434–435, 485–487, and 956)

Appearance and personality

Zarren has black hair, appears to be in his thirties, and carries the composed bearing of a senior executive. He is smooth and confident in negotiation, willing to offer elaborate institutional excuses, but becomes intensely focused and openly determined once Anatomy faces violent destruction. Abilities and Zephyx

At introduction Zarren is a Peak level-four Extractor. His puppet-based power manipulates and creates large quantities of metal, including defensive sheets, a dense hardened sphere, launched masses, and a metallic golem surrounding his body. Some structures remain hard after he stops continuously supplying Zephyx, freeing him to redirect effort. Stronger opponents, sustained energy expenditure, and attacks that penetrate the golem's protection can counter the technique. (Chapters 212, 434–435, and 485)
