King Drider's Memory Crystal

King Drider's Memory Crystal is a royal historical gift that shows Wolfe the hidden history of the Noxus Family, the Great War, and his own lineage. Its revelations direct him toward the lost final battlefield and help turn recovered family memory into a plan for restoration.

History

A matched royal gift

During a competitive exchange of Fae gifts, King Drider presents Wolfe with a Memory Crystal carrying Drider's aura on its memory spell. Princess Thalami separately gives Wolfe a history book about the Magi clans. The two objects are matched in value and studied together, but they are distinct artifacts with different creators and contents. (Chapter 1059)

Cassie urges Wolfe to leave the social competition and inspect the new crystal. He carries it and Thalami's book to a private room in the Noxus Library, sets both on the table, and activates Drider's gift with mana. (Chapters 1060–1061)

The Noxus record

The crystal begins with Wolfe's own origin and then moves backward through Magi history. Drider's recorded image guides Wolfe through the reshaping of the world, the beginning of the Great War, attacks on Magi homes, the actions of earlier Noxus leaders, and the last battles. The continuous vision occupies several chapters and changes Wolfe's understanding of his family rather than merely confirming public history. (Chapters 1061–1065)

When the visual record ends, the crystal transfers compiled cultural and historical knowledge. Wolfe recognizes that the Noxus figures in the memories may be his direct ancestors and that the previous family head was his father. The evidence helps lead him toward the mountain ruins and the surviving Noxus archives. (Chapter 1065)

Properties and limitations

  • The crystal stores an immersive memory record with King Drider's aura and recorded guide-image, followed by a direct transfer of compiled knowledge. (Chapters 1059, 1061, and 1065)
  • Its content focuses on Magi culture, Noxus lineage, and war history. It is not demonstrated as a general-purpose spell library. (Chapters 1061–1065)
  • The account is curated through Drider's selected memories and presentation. It provides privileged evidence, but the source does not establish it as an omniscient or perfectly neutral history.
  • Princess Thalami's book is not part of the crystal. Her volume contains its own powdered memory-crystal archive and must be treated as a separate gift. (Chapter 1065)
  • The crystal's color, cut, size, and ornamentation are not described. Its recognizable magical signature is Drider's aura rather than a confirmed physical design.
