Nik

Nik Asano is the first lehenik, a rabbit-like person born from Jason's astral kingdom but recognised as belonging to himself. He operates domain systems, chooses essences and advances to gold rank while building an identity distinct from the power that created him. (Chapters 800, 855, 985)

Biography

Becoming the first

Jason names Nik from a word meaning “first,” explicitly refusing to treat him as an extension or possession. Feeling helpless while greater beings reshape his home drives Nik to choose essences that place power under his own command. He trains at the Geller estate, operates the elemental-spire network during crises and eventually reaches gold rank, transforming the promise of independence embedded in his name into personal capability no one merely lends him. Magic and abilities

Nik can interface with large magical systems in Jason's domain and later becomes a gold-rank essence user. He retains a compact rabbit-like form and prefers portals to travel methods that leave his fur wet. His advancement is his own, but his systems work still depends on infrastructure built into the astral kingdom. (Chapters 800, 830, 985)
