Biography

The Reaper trials

Beth enters the trials eager to test her team against other rising adventurers, but the Builder threat shifts competition into survival. She joins the search for cultists, reaches the hidden Reaper challenge just too late and chooses not to reveal its details when questioned. After the ordeal, her family refuses to send the team into the returning astral space, making survival rather than prestige the consequence that governs their next decision. (Chapters 174, 188, 221)

Skills and abilities

Beth leads a balanced team whose members include defensive, destructive and investigative roles. She is ambitious enough to pursue hidden trials but disciplined enough to withhold dangerous information and accept a collective withdrawal when no safe option remains. (Chapters 174, 188)
