Ophelia Nareth is a second-year Academy student and treasurer of the Student Council. Her academic year and office describe institutional standing rather than an Awakener rank. Biography

Student Council tests and quiet manipulation

Ophelia formally receives Neo Hargraves for his Student Council test, supervises his attempt, and notes that her own clear-time record survives by three seconds only because the test prevented her blessing's use. She later welcomes him to the Council mansion and explains his place on the Disciplinary Committee. At dinner, Ophelia quietly steers Morrigan di Montaigne into a bet with Neo, then gives him a hidden thumbs-up; Neo realizes her innocent appearance conceals a talent for manipulation. Powers and limitations

Ophelia holds the benchmark Student Council test record and has a blessing that could have improved her performance under different rules. No battle scene, named Trait, element, spell, weapon, or demonstrated blessing effect allows a more specific ability profile.
