Daoist Bluestone is the Dao Alliance's undisputed strongest expert, an Eternal Emperor whose Black Emperor Primaltwin lets him stand as an equal to Hegemons. Low-key, even-tempered, and interested almost exclusively in the Dao, he trades nearly all of his vast Sithe fortune to Ji Ning for a complete godsense transmission of the Omega Sword Dao.

Biography

From mortal cultivator to Black Emperor

Bluestone rises as a mortal cultivator with both a true body and a Primaltwin. After succeeding in the Daomerge, he withdraws into long seclusion while sending his true body through the outside world. Roughly three hundred thousand chaos cycles before the Great Flamedragon Conference, he discovers a complete, undamaged Sithe relic in the Terror Starsea. He uses its Ritual Sacrificium to transform his Primaltwin into a Sithe Black Emperor while leaving the original body unchanged. The Primaltwin continues adventuring and the true body continues cultivating, giving Bluestone both Hegemon-class force and one of the largest private treasure collections in the realmverse. Despite that power, he avoids titles and publicity. Hegemon Brightshore describes him as amiable and focused purely on the Dao, but warns that truly provoking him would be disastrous. A past public duel supports the warning: even before the Black Emperor transformation, Bluestone's crushing staff-arts defeated Emperor Goldface so thoroughly that Goldface retreated into extended seclusion. Bargaining for the Omega Sword Dao

At the conference, Bluestone meets Ji Ning and immediately recognizes that the Omega Sword Dao may open a path beyond his bottleneck. He offers more than ninety-nine percent of his treasures, a secrecy oath, and any service Ning requests. He is even willing to wage a costly campaign against Archon Silksnow and Emperor Bloodcloud. When Ning says his price is enough wealth to ask an Autarch to revive Yu Wei, Bluestone honestly admits that his fortune covers only thirty to forty percent and asks the three Hegemons to supply the rest. They decline. (Chapters 1201–1203)

Bluestone accepts that outcome without pressure. His Dao of Black and White encompasses opposed forces—good and evil, light and dark—and his conduct follows its calm balance: acquire what can be acquired, but do not force what cannot. That restraint persuades Ning to trade privately. When Goldface tries to rally the conference into taking the Dao by force, Bluestone flatly rejects him and helps end the attempt. The Sithe fortune changes hands

On a secluded mountain, Bluestone swears never to share the Omega Sword Dao and receives a detailed godsense crystal containing demonstrations beyond what a jade slip could convey. In return he gives Ning twenty-five Silver Daolord bodies, the rare Sithe Protector Whitethaw, Hegemonic Dao-seals, a highly detailed Terror Starsea map, and other treasures. He acknowledges that his closest family and friends died long ago and that the hoarded resources can no longer help them. The exchange is therefore both a pursuit of the Dao and a transfer of unused protection to someone whose short life still has urgent purposes. (Chapter 1205)

Bluestone remains on friendly terms with Ning. He waits during the Daomerge, visits after its failure, and witnesses the gulf created by Ning's Eternal Omega Sword Dao. When Ning states that he would not even need to draw a sword against Bluestone or the Hegemons, Bluestone accepts the assessment rather than challenging it. He later joins the leaders gathered when an Autarch saves the Flamedragon Realmverse. (Chapters 1288–1292 and 1328)

Appearance and personality

Bluestone appears as a silver-haired youth in black robes. He is modest, calm, and so uninterested in reputation that many cultivators have never heard of the Dao Alliance's strongest member.

His apparent mildness is not weakness. Bluestone can offer almost everything he owns without theatrics, refuse coercion even when it might benefit him, and accept facts about superior power without wounded pride. The same balance governs his relationships: he dislikes Goldface but lets Ning fight his own battle, and he offers protection to Ning without trying to create a debt through hidden conditions.

Abilities and cultivation

Dao of Black and White

Bluestone cultivates the Dao of Black and White, an all-embracing path uniting apparent opposites such as good and evil or darkness and light. It shapes both his techniques and his even temperament. His precise named stances are not supplied, but his historic staff-arts descend with overwhelming, meteor-like force and defeated speed-specialist Emperor Goldface by forcing him into direct collisions. (Chapters 1203–1204)

Black Emperor Primaltwin

Through the Ritual Sacrificium, Bluestone merges his Primaltwin's soul and truesoul with a Sithe Black Emperor body. That onyx construct-body supplies Hegemon-class power while retaining Bluestone's Dao insights and independent Primaltwin identity. A single Black Emperor could drag two Hegemons to their deaths during the Dawn War, explaining why Bluestone can sit as a peer of the realmverse's three Hegemons despite not reaching Hegemony through the Daomerge. His normal true body remains separate and weaker. (Chapter 1201)

Staff-arts and raw force

Before obtaining the Black Emperor body, Bluestone already wielded staff-arts of enormous direct power. He defeats Goldface by bringing strikes down like titanic meteors, countering an opponent whose light-based speed and agility evade most attacks. The comparison shows that Bluestone's technique combines enough coverage and force to deny escape, but the corpus does not name individual staff stances. (Chapter 1204)

Sithe knowledge and exploration

Bluestone's relic experience gives him detailed knowledge of Silver Daolord bodies, Black Emperor conversion, Protector golems, Dao-seals, and the Terror Starsea. He ranks among the realmverse's three best-informed explorers of that battlefield and warns that its surviving hazards can annihilate Hegemons. This expertise comes from repeated Primaltwin expeditions and possession of a complete relic, not from omniscience; even his map cannot make the region safe. (Chapter 1205)

Limits

The Black Emperor transformation raises physical combat power but does not mean Bluestone has personally fused his Dao into a Hegemon-level path. His hunger for the Omega Sword Dao exists precisely because his insight has reached a bottleneck that treasures and divine abilities cannot solve. After Ning creates the Eternal Omega Sword Dao, Bluestone remains far below him despite the construct-body's power. (Chapters 1203 and 1292)
