Scythe of Ozriel

History

Ozriel's Scythe is the signature weapon that allows the Reaper to erase corrupted worlds cleanly. Its absence drives Makiel and Suriel's search while counterfeit Scythes empower Daruman. After Eithan's identity is revealed, the true weapon returns to the conflict and is temporarily entrusted to Suriel and Makiel during the plan to trap the Mad King. Properties and use

The Scythe channels destruction at the scale of entire Iterations and is bound to Ozriel's authority. Counterfeit versions can imitate part of that function but lack the complete relationship between weapon and Reaper. Even among Judges it is treated as a uniquely dangerous instrument whose custody can change the balance of the multiversal war. (Chapters 180, 192, 203, 218, 245, 250, 266, 273)
