Biography
Mother and Soulsmith of the Shi family
Iron Soulsmith in a family with limited status and an Unsouled son. The governing motive is to protect both children, preserve family prospects, and understand unusual phenomena. Acting on that priority, the character supports repeated testing, repairs the orus fruit, treats wounds, analyzes Kelsa's advancement, discovers the Li scheme, and tries to warn the clan. The resulting choices connect the character to the phase's central relationships and pressures, including clan hierarchy, scarce resources, Li infiltration, and limits of her own advancement. Books 9–12
Family is displaced by Heaven's Glory. The governing motive is to keep family alive and understand Lindon's world. Acting on that priority, the character evacuates; questions Dross and Lindon about advancement; uses launcher constructs under Silent King attack; helps rebuild.
