Biography
Books 9–12
Receives Sacred Valley refugees and the new sect. The governing motive is to protect and strengthen the Blackflame Empire. Acting on that priority, the character provides land and ships; fights Stormcallers; supports war effort. The resulting choices connect the character to the phase's central relationships and pressures, including dreadgod cults. (Chapters 197–200, 217, 233)

Winged wind artist; regal, pragmatic, and capable of comic vindictiveness toward Eithan.
