Failure before the Ossarch

Illa spots Atticus escaping bone-race territory and mobilizes his men, but the pursuit fails. He then reports before Mortrex and the Ossara court, where fear of punishment overwhelms his military composure. His detailed identification of Atticus helps the court continue its response, yet it cannot save him: later narration explicitly refers to Illa's death and the terror he displayed before it. Appearance and personality

Illa has a heavy body that trembles and jiggles when he moves, and his speech can carry a robotic quality. Anger makes his Advanced+ aura erupt, but before the Ossarch family he sweats, chatters his teeth, and visibly loses composure. (Chapters 454–457)
