Finn
Finn is a Raven Camp operative whose obedience to Rowan and connection to Aurora draw him into the defense against the Obsidian Order.
Biography
Orders and defense
Finn first obeys Rowan with visible unease, establishing a subordinate accustomed to dangerous instructions. Atticus later recognizes his importance from Aurora's reaction even though the two have not met directly, suggesting a personal history outside the young trainee's knowledge. When the Order attacks, Finn moves rapidly through its members and uses his greater freedom to cut down enemies while Rowan faces two opponents of his own rank. His last scenes leave him fighting for the camp rather than confirm a later fate. (Chapters 47–89 and 115–116)
Appearance and personality
The corpus does not securely establish Finn's detailed appearance. He is obedient but not unthinking, showing unease under Rowan's command and enough battlefield awareness to understand the danger facing his superior. (Chapters 47 and 116)
Abilities, bloodlines, and will
Finn is a fast swordsman capable of cleaving through multiple Obsidian Order members. His mobility distinguishes him from Elias, who is pinned by a Master-rank opponent, but the text does not state Finn's rank, element, bloodline, named sword technique, costs, or Will. (Chapters 115–116)
Relationships
- Rowan: His commander, whose order he follows and whose peril he recognizes.
