Ferro is a Human Domain councilor whose cultivated calm masks involvement in the coordinated attack on the Ravensteins.

The councilor exposed

Ferro challenges Eleanor's supporters with carefully phrased criticism, insisting he has stated only facts and preserving an image of procedural neutrality. During the crisis, however, he recognizes the meaning of the tactical display before other division heads, exposing both access and foreknowledge. Lyanna identifies him as part of the treachery, seizes him by the throat, and receives the estate report while holding him. Once the threat is confirmed, she crushes his neck and leaves to reinforce the Ravensteins. (Chapters 667–690)

Appearance and personality
