Dragon Apex under pressure

Draktharion enters the Nexus as his race's chosen Apex and survives the volatile contest among champions. In the later plot surrounding Atticus, he joins Carius and the hostile racial powers, bringing draconic strength into a coordinated effort rather than pursuing a purely personal rivalry. Kael meets that force directly and crushes Draktharion's hand until even his bones creak.
