Biography

Revenge overturned

Cerron watches Atticus's arrival at the fire sanctum with hostility, motivated by the earlier public beating of his younger brother William. Convinced Atticus's rapid progress is fraudulent, he accepts a confrontation meant to restore family pride. The fight instead demonstrates the scale of Atticus's growth and leaves Cerron thoroughly humiliated.
